Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwashing & Support, Prep, Hot & Cold Line Cook! Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment through efficient washing and sanitizing processes
- Support food prep activities by assisting with ingredient organization, portioning, and basic cooking tasks under supervision
- Assist in setting up and breaking down hot and cold line stations for service periods
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety and hygiene standards
- Other restaurant duties as assigned
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining overall kitchen sanitation
Requirements
- A learning attitude is required.
- Advanced culinary experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across various roles
- Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks such as chopping, portioning, or basic cooking is a plus
