Machine Operator
The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts according to production specifications. This role involves inspecting finished products, ensuring machine efficiency, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting production goals.

Machine Operator Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$18.00 to $20.44 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
Third Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 10:30pm to 07:00am)

Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.

Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the molding process.

Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as required.

Record production data and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment. Follow production schedules, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
-
Previous manufacturing experience
-
Ability to operate production equipment and use basic measuring tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality.
-
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.

Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, heat, and noise.
