Duties

- Manage social media platforms by creating compelling content, sharing success stories, and increasing brand awareness in the digital space
- Collect customer feedback and data to improve product offerings and tailor marketing efforts effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Conduct product branding activities that highlight the health benefits of our offerings and foster brand loyalty
- Deliver engaging public speaking presentations to educate audiences about nutrition, healthy eating habits, and our product range
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or retail sales, especially with health-focused products is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and nutritional information
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective engagement with diverse communities
