Local restoration company looking for skilled lead carpenters with a vast knowledge of all stages of construction, restoration and remodeling projects.
Lead Carpenter Candidate should have:
A drivers license
A full RANGE of personal tools
Reliable transportation to and from work/job sites
Drywall, Flooring, Roofing, Siding, Trim work, Framing, and general knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing
Be self-motivated and able to work on your own with minimal supervision
Understand time management
Work as a team with team members
Ability to run your own crew
Carpenter Helper
Drivers License
Must have own hand tools
Reliable transportation
Understand fundamentals of construction including but not limited to reading a tape measure and be willing to learn
Be a self-starter
Team player
Dressed and equipped to work daily
