Starting rate: $15.50/hour, with eligibility for progression to $16.00 at 6 months and $16.50 at 12 months, based on performance and attendance.
WV Supply is seeking a dependable DC Operations Senior Associate to join our Huntington Distribution Center. In this full-time role, you’ll take on a wide variety of responsibilities that keep our operations moving—from picking and receiving products to delivering to customers, shipping, and wire cutting.
This is a hands-on position for someone who values accuracy, works well with a team, and is comfortable taking on delegated responsibilities with more autonomy than an entry-level associate. You’ll play an important part in making sure orders are prepared correctly, shipped on time, and delivered safely.
What You’ll Do
Pick, receive, and stage a range of products, including conduit and wire
Perform wire cutting to order specifications
Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments
Inspect inbound and outbound orders for accuracy and quality
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed)
Drive local delivery routes and complete DOT-required checks
Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and a clean work environment
Communicate order and shipping status with team members and customers
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification
At least 12 months of warehouse, stock, or material handling experience
Familiarity with barcode/RF scanning and basic computer skills
Forklift and wire cutting experience preferred (training provided if not)
