Southwest Ranches Farmers Market is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer focused Sales Associate / Event Host to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of exciting market events, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Recommend products and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and maintain an organized register.
- Restock merchandise and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.
- Assist with setting up, hosting, and breaking down market events.
- Work as part of a team to create an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
