Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients warmly and professionally, guiding them through their visits.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our EHR system.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for every appointment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high percentage of kept appointments.
- Assist patients in completing required paperwork for re-exams and treatments.
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere while addressing and resolving challenges effectively.
- Report KPI and office metrics weekly for team meetings and advise on performance.
This dynamic full-time position earns competitive pay of $18-$22/hour plus performance bonuses. ABOUT NAVIGATE HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Working hours are Monday and Thursday 9:30am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday 11:30am - 7:00 pm (with team meeting and training), Wednesday 7:30am - 12:30pm, and Friday (As needed for training or patients) 9:00am - 12:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
