Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using retail using square system.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including financial services and finance-related products.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through loan processing or financial software systems when applicable.
- Assist with inventory management, cleaning appliances, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and provide clear information.

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
