Auto-Chlor System is seeking an experienced Regional Business Leader to oversee a $30M multi-branch region across New York City, Queens, the Bronx, and Connecticut. This is an opportunity to lead one of our largest regions while partnering directly with executive leadership to shape business strategy, strengthen leadership teams, and drive sustainable growth.
This role goes beyond managing daily operations. You'll be responsible for building a high-performing organization by developing Branch Managers, improving financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
We're looking for a leader who thinks like a business owner, leads from the front, and enjoys spending time in the field supporting teams, customers, and branch performance.

What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple branch locations
- Own regional financial performance, profitability, and long-term business growth
- Develop Branch Managers, Supervisors, and future leadership talent
- Drive accountability through P&L management, operational KPIs, and business planning
- Identify opportunities to improve market share, customer retention, and branch performance
- Partner with executive leadership to execute regional growth initiatives
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing leadership teams
- Travel throughout the region to support branches, develop leaders, and strengthen customer relationships
Ideal Background
- Experience leading multiple business units or branch locations
- P&L ownership with responsibility for financial performance
- Experience developing Branch Managers and leadership teams
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Sales leadership and customer growth experience
- Experience in service, distribution, logistics, staffing, facilities, uniforms, foodservice, industrial services, equipment rental, or a related industry
- Willingness to travel throughout the New York Metro region
