We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) – Float for a full-time temporary contract in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. In this role, you'll support physician office practices by providing direct patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and helping ensure efficient daily clinic operations.

- Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Guaranteed)

Responsibilities
- Obtain patient vital signs, medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Assist physicians during exams and with specimen collection and preparation.
- Administer injections under physician supervision.
- Obtain informed consent and prepare surgical packets.
- Communicate physician-directed test results and care instructions to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and support efficient clinic workflow.
- Float between physician office practices as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience.
- Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA).
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification.
- Previous travel contract experience preferred.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Must arrange housing for the duration of the assignment.
