Glimpse of your role:

Manage full project lifecycle for multi-family and commercial construction projects

Lead project teams including APMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors

Serve as primary point of contact with owner's, architects, and stakeholders

Oversee budgets, schedules, and change management

Ensure strict compliance with public procurement, safety, and documentation standards

Review contracts, subcontracts, drawings, and specification
