Overview
We are looking for a Baking Kitchen Assistant to help with daily baking and kitchen production. You will work directly with our main baker to prepare ingredients, make baked goods, package products, and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist with baking and pastry production.
- Follow recipes and instructions.
- Use mixers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
- Package baked goods.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow food safety and handling procedures.
- Help with daily production and other kitchen tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Baking or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for measurements.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Must follow food safety procedures.
Work Locations: Lakeland and/or Auburndale, FL.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
