We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong background in Sheetrock & Painting, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Carry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock repairs/finishing and minor electrical.
- Engage in residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
- Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance shops.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
- Familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting.
- Previous experience is a must, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a team setting.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
