RV Service Writer / Parts Counter Associate

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused RV Service Writer / Parts Counter Associate to join our growing dealership team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for service customers while also supporting parts sales and inventory operations. If you enjoy helping customers, and have knowledge in the RV Service industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Service Writer Duties:
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations.
- Communicate with technicians regarding work orders and repair status.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Process invoices and collect payments upon completion of service.
Parts Counter Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing RV parts and accessories.
- Research parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in service advising in RV, marine, or automotive industries required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management software.
- Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
