Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide support for patients with behavioral health needs and assist in managing their care plans.
- Help transport patients within the facility, ensuring their safety and comfort during transfers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lift and move patients safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of anatomy, critical care systems, and infectious disease protocols is advantageous.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
- Familiarity with both inpatient and outpatient care settings will enhance your candidacy.
