Job Description Summary
The Marketing Director, ABD Hub is responsible for leading a high-performing team of marketing strategists, proposal professionals, and creative designers who support the firm’s most strategic and high-profile pursuits across the Americas. The role oversees the delivery of best-in-class marketing, pursuit strategy, proposal development, presentation support, and creative services that contribute to revenue growth and strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s competitive position.
As a player-coach, the Marketing Director provides leadership, direction, and oversight for complex pursuits while driving operational excellence across the ABD Hub. This position partners closely with Local Markets Marketing, service line marketing, business development leaders, and corporate marketing teams to ensure consistent execution, exceptional quality, and seamless collaboration across markets.
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing talent, optimizing team resources, establishing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, and service delivery.
Job Description
Establish team priorities, service standards, and performance expectations to ensure delivery of high-quality, client-focused marketing support.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business development leaders, marketers, and brokerage professionals on pursuit strategy, client messaging, and presentation development.
Provide strategic oversight for the firm’s most visible and complex pursuits, ensuring effective positioning, differentiation, and resource alignment.
Develop and implement scalable processes, templates, and tools that improve efficiency, consistency, and overall team effectiveness.
Foster collaboration across marketing, business development, research, service line, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance productivity through technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, pursuit management, communications, or related professional services environments.
Strong understanding of pursuit strategy, proposal development, business development processes, and client engagement best practices.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 170,000.00 - $200,000.00
