LNO is currently looking for a Multimedia Specialist professional for Fort Gordon, GA. This position will support the Warfighter Readiness requirements providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of training curriculum for Warfighter Readiness systems.
Job Summary:
A Multimedia Specialist creates and designs various multimedia content like videos, audio, graphics, and animations to support training and communication initiatives. They utilize multimedia tools and techniques to produce engaging content for different platforms and audiences. Must be capable of maintaining TS/SCI.
Responsibilities:

Creating and producing multimedia content for various platforms.

Recording and editing video and audio.

Developing animations, motion graphics, and interactive media.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborating with other teams to maintain brand consistency.

Proficiency in multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Multimedia Design, Graphic Design) preferable.

Experience as a Multimedia Specialist.

Strong portfolio.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with 3D modeling and animation.

Interactive Training Development

Web Development Coding (HTML5, Javascripting, Python)
Preferred Qualifications:

Audio recording/editing - voice over

Knowledge and understanding of file share and other networking Render Farm Photographer/Videographer
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience, or 6 years equivalent Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) code in lieu of Degree
Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS)

Must be able to travel OCONUS when required
