ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re a plaintiff personal injury firm looking for a Nevada-licensed attorney to carry a litigation caseload — motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking, and general negligence matters. Newer attorneys are encouraged to apply: you’ll get real files, real courtroom time, and support from claims managers and staff as you grow into them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage cases from workup through resolution or trial

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research

Take and defend depositions; handle hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel

Prepare cases for trial and second-chair or lead as appropriate
Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Active Nevada bar membership in good standing

Civil litigation experience welcome but not required; insurance defense background a plus

Solid writing, negotiation, and courtroom instincts
-
Eager to own a caseload, with mentorship along the way
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
