Develop and govern solution designs, business process designs, security models, reporting strategies, testing strategies, and data/worktag strategies.

20% – Workday Configuration Strategy

Guide tenant configuration including business processes, security roles, organizational structures, compensation frameworks, eligibility rules, and validations.
15% – Testing & Release Readiness

Lead SIT/UAT planning and execution.

Coordinate defect triage and ensure traceability from requirements through testing.
10% – Reporting, Integrations & Data Strategy

Oversee reporting governance.

Guide inbound/outbound data strategies, conversions, integrations, and data validation activities.

8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree OR 10+ years without a degree.

Proven Workday leadership experience within Finance, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and governance.

Experience creating solution designs, estimates, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams.

Strong troubleshooting capabilities involving integrations, data issues, security access, and performance.

Experience leading endtoend Workday lifecycle efforts including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Ability to influence stakeholders and lead design decisionmaking.
