As Clinical Director, you'll provide clinical and operational leadership for your region while ensuring the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities include:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Maintain clinical excellence through supervision, quality assurance, and case consultation
Partner with Operations to support healthy center performance and sustainable growth
Monitor key clinical metrics including outcomes, compliance, and client satisfaction
Support recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and retention of clinical staff
Foster a collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence and servant leadership
Ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA services aligned with best practices
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and future expansion
Ideal Background
We're looking for someone who has:
Current BCBA certification
Leadership experience overseeing multiple clinicians or clinical teams
Strong knowledge of ABA clinical operations and quality assurance
A passion for coaching and developing other clinicians
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
A growth mindset and desire to help shape an expanding organization
