Job Description
Our leadership team is the heartbeat of each and every location. These teams of dedicated professionals interject their spirit and dedication into the success of each and every member of their team while providing exceptional service to our amazing customer’s every single day! Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking to build a strong team of warm and friendly crew members with the backing of our leadership team; who will do so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the perfect sub with a smile. Responsibilities
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet Jersey Mike’s standard.
Maintain accurate cash handling and register operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant .
Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in achieving sales goals and operational targets.
