Responsibilities
-
Aid in procedures to analyze, diagnose, and treat the cardiovascular system.

Monitor heart rate, rhythm, pressure, and saturation actively during cases.

Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and team.

Conduct patient testing and monitoring, including oxygen saturation and cardiac output.

Perform intra-procedure testing and communicate results as needed.

Demonstrate knowledge of procedures, equipment, and supplies used.

Handle, prepare, and maintain asepsis appropriately.

Anticipate and meet physician and case needs effectively.

Assist in room setup, patient transport, and post-procedure cleanup.

Follow infection control and sharp safety procedures for waste and reusable products.

Educate patients on post-procedure monitoring and care of catheter insertion site.

Provide clear instructions on activity levels, explaining normal, variant, and intervention-required scenarios.
Requirements
-
Registered Nurse: Hold a valid RN license in the state of Texas

Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room Experience.

Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS

Desire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.
