Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling guidelines are followed to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to create an inviting environment for customers.
- Engage in sales activities, promoting menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is preferred but not required.
- Retail math skills are a plus for managing inventory and sales transactions.
