Job Summary
We're building a community of like-minded individuals who want to live life to the fullest - where couples, families, and kids come into our office happy to be there. We have deep conversations about how their bodies are functioning, not just where it hurts. Our mission is to help individuals and families identify and address the root cause of dysfunction through corrective chiropractic care, education, and holistic health solutions so they can function at their best and live well without limit. If that mission resonates with you - if you're drawn to helping families live healthier lives and think there's more to health than just treating symptoms - this role is for you.
The Role:
You're the boss of tomorrow. You own the patient schedule, collections, and compliance. You're the guardrail that keeps patients on track to protect their experience and outcomes. You're our compliance officer - detail-oriented, systems-focused, someone who loves order and takes patient accountability seriously.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient collections and financial commitment conversations (without apology)
- Schedule management and appointment confirmation
- Patient compliance and follow-up adherence
- Payment plan enrollment and tracking
- Workshop scheduling and internal referral generation
- Team coordination and culture reinforcement
- Interacting with all patients
- Walking alongside them throughout the process
Key Metrics You'll Own:
- Collections percentage
- Appointment show rate for Report of Findings (target: 95%+)
- New patient checkout completion rate (payment + next appointment locked in)
- Patient payment plan adherence
- Workshop attendance scheduling

- See greater potential in people than they see in themselves
