3rd Shift Assembly Associate

Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday
- 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Overtime available on weekends as needed
We are seeking dependable and motivated 3rd Shift Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a stable position with consistent hours and the opportunity to be hired on permanently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Follow standardized assembly procedures and production schedules.
- Package completed products and prepare them for shipment when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervision.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other assembly or production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
