Job Overview
Patriot Personnel Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to temp-to-hire position in mid-town St. Louis. This position plays an important role in ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for production-related quality testing.
Responsibilities
- Ensures quality control testing of production batches is updated as necessary, all recordkeeping is performed, and all test are properly executed.
- Responsible for quality records pertaining to manufactured products.
- Responsible for writing customer test reports.
- Investigates customer complaints, as required.
- Completes all other tasks, assignments, or functions, as assigned and/or required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of quality control experience.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately record measurements and test results.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
