Parts Counter Salesperson
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning product information, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will be a key resource for contractors, customers, and internal teams by helping identify products, provide solutions, process orders, and ensure customers receive the right materials for their projects. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, sales support, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in person and assist them with product selection and order needs
- Answer customer questions by phone and provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information
- Identify plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical products based on customer requirements
- Enter and process sales orders using our computer system
- Build strong relationships with contractors, customers, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sales counter and workspace
- Assist with inventory responsibilities, including restocking shelves, pulling orders, and cycle counts
- Pick and stage materials for customer pickup or delivery
- Help organize and maintain warehouse inventory as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent service and support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or warehouse environments is helpful
- Interest in or knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical products is a plus
- Ability to learn product information and inventory systems (training provided)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to stand, lift, and move products throughout the workday
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to work alternating Saturdays
- Must be able to pass a drug screening

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
