Core Competencies:
- - Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience with a surgical focus
- - Hands-on experience assisting with implant placement and denture procedures
- - Comfortable working with surgical instruments and maintaining a sterile field
- - Experience with CBCTs and digital imaging a plus
- - Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
Essential Functions:
- - Mastery in chair-side surgical assisting for implant and denture procedures
- - Excellent communication skills and ability to put patients at ease in a surgical setting
- - Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
- - Positive attitude and strong work ethic
