We are construction company looking for a bookkeeper with 10 years construction experience to join our team.
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Accounts Receivables & Collections
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll Processing
- Be familiar with prevailing wages and Davis Beacon Fringe Benefits
- Submit and follow up on monthly billings on Federal and State projects
- Annual renewals of health and business insurance
- Workman's Comp and General Liability Audit Process
- Managing bank & general ledger reconciliations
Candidate must have an accounting degree and 10 years construction accounting experience.
Must be proficient in Excel & creating spreadsheets.
Experience with SAGE Accounting Software a plus.
Good organization and time management skills.
