Douglas Gardens Home Care:
We are looking for compassionate CNA/Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services with a flexible schedule and availibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
SKILLS
- Proven working experience as home health aide
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Current CPR certificate
- Current CNA or HHA certificate
- IF - Home Health Aide (HHA) - Certificate of 75 HOURS
- Valid Driver's License or Photo ID (state of FL)
- Social Security Card
- Malpractice Insurance
- Proof of Citizenship
- Proof of PPD or Chest X-Ray (MUST be within the last 6 months)
- Statement from Physician stating that contractor is free from communicable diseases (MUST be within the last 6 months)
- Direct Deposit (MUST bring a voided check)
- Level 2 Background Screening
