By joining our Utilities Section as a Transportation Engineering Technologist Supervisor, in Pulaski County, you’ll have the opportunity to supervise the day-to-day activities of utility relocation for the District 8 Project Development Branch.
Summary of Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule the Utility section workload to meet letting schedules
- Meet with Utility owners and consultant engineers offering input and keeping them informed of the status and priority of projects in development
- Inspect field utility relocation work and verify they are complete
- Represent utility interests on project team meetings and informing the project team of updated utility estimates
- Meet with property owners to resolve questions and conflicts that they may have regarding utility relocations on projects
Ideal candidate will have experience in:

- Check and pay estimates due to utility contractors and consultants
