Job Summary
Classy Chassis Car Wash & Detail Center is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Manager to help lead daily operations at our express car wash and detail center.
This position is for someone who can take ownership of the location, lead employees, keep production moving, maintain strong customer service and make sure the wash and detail center operate at a high level every day. The right person must be comfortable managing people, enforcing company policies, handling customer concerns, watching labor, driving sales, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing both the express wash operation and detail department. This includes making sure employees are properly scheduled, trained, productive, and following procedures. This role requires someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly, and step in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the express wash and detail center
- Manage employees, team leads, service advisors, and detail staff
- Make sure employees are on time, in uniform, productive, and following company policies
- Enforce scheduling procedures, labor control standards, and daily operating expectations
- Train new employees and continue coaching existing team members
- Monitor customer service and make sure every customer is treated professionally
- Handle customer complaints, service issues, and employee problems when they arise
- Help drive sales of wash packages, upgrades, unlimited memberships, and detail services
- Keep the tunnel, lobby, office, vacuum area, detail area, and property clean and organized
- Make sure vehicles are being loaded, washed, detailed, and delivered properly
- Watch quality control on full-service washes, details, and customer vehicles
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Communicate daily with upper management about staffing, equipment, customer issues, and sales
- Help maintain safety standards around the tunnel, equipment, chemicals, and customer vehicles
- Support basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues quickly
- Hold employees accountable and document performance issues when needed
What we are looking for:
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Car wash, detailing, automotive, retail, restaurant, or service business experience is a plus
- Strong people skills and the ability to lead a team
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hands-on
- Ability to stay calm and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable holding employees accountable
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage labor, production, and daily workflow
- Must be professional, organized, and able to communicate clearly
- Must be willing to work outside, stay active, and help wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $36.00 per hour
