Requirements for a Certified Nursing Assistant at Paramount Health and Rehab:
- Active CNA Certification in State of Utah.
- Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, services, and excellence in senior care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be a responsible and team player, able to collaborate well with others, problem-solve solutions and reveive/provide constructive feedback.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure, remaining calm, kind, and most importantly patient during difficult circumstances and emergencies.
- Dependable and arrives promptly for scheduled shifts.
Wage is based off a scale weighing experience and years certified.
