Summer will soon be over. The European Cafe is looking for experienced Servers/Customer Service professionals. We are a fast casual breakfast and lunch cafe offering table service and carry out offerings to our customers. We are looking for experienced individuals who love hospitality, customer service, food and great coffee!
No late nights. Weekend shifts required. Early morning and daytime hours only. Paid holidays. Staff meal provided. This is a part time or full time position. 20-40 hours per week.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process sales transactions efficiently
- Upsell menu items including pastries, cocktails, wines, spirits, and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed
- Assist with bussing tables, dish cleaning and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments a must, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings
- Demonstrated ability in wine knowledge, cocktail/spirits experience, high end coffee and espresso drinks
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Experience with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
