Requirements of this Loan Officer role:
- Previous community bank experience in a lending or producing branch manager role
- Formal credit training or strong credit skills preferred
- Proven track record of small loans in commercial, residential, auto, etc.
- Be a natural at loyalty, reliability, and friendliness in the community
