About Whiskey Yard
Whiskey Yard is a modern Global Bistro built on fire-forward cuisine, handcrafted
cocktails, and one of the most curated whiskey programs in the region. Our bar is a
focal point of the guest experience and demands precision, confidence, and
professionalism.
This is not a casual bartending role. We are seeking highly polished, well-spoken
bartenders who understand elevated service and take pride in their craft.
What You’ll Do
- Craft classic and modern cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency
- Demonstrate confident knowledge of whiskey, spirits, wine, and beer
- Engage guests with polished conversation and professional demeanor
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually impressive bar
- Execute service with precision during high-volume periods
- Uphold presentation, grooming, and hospitality standards at all times
- Work seamlessly with servers and leadership in a team-service model
- What We’re Looking For
- Highly polished, articulate bartenders with a professional presence
- Prior full-service bartending experience required (upscale preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and whiskey (or willingness to master it)
- Confident communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
