We're looking for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to help lead the show at a prestigious oceanside luxury hotel restaurant. If you love creating great guest experiences, building strong teams, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced upscale setting, this could be a great fit.
You'll be the face of guest service excellence — staying visible on the floor during busy service times, handling any guest concerns quickly and professionally, and setting the tone for a team that takes pride in five-star hospitality. You'll also build out training programs for the front-of-house staff, mentor team members as they grow, and provide regular feedback to keep everyone performing at their best.
On the operations side, you'll keep an eye on guest feedback and key performance metrics, manage budgets, and make smart, data-informed decisions that support the bottom line. You'll also help create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures across the restaurant, updating them as needed to reflect best practices. Leadership is a big part of this role — you'll oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll while helping build a positive, team-oriented work environment. Keeping things safe and up to code through regular inspections is also part of the job.
We're looking for someone with at least five years of fine dining management experience, solid leadership and people skills, and a track record of delivering great guest experiences while hitting business goals. This role calls for flexibility — day, night, and weekend shifts (8–10 hours) — in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail really matters.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
