Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and overall childhood development.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily activities to enhance learning experiences.
- Organize and participate in educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare or as a preschool teacher, with knowledge of early childhood education principles.
- Familiarity with literacy education techniques and strategies for engaging young learners.
- Experience working with students in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
