Picture this: It’s early Friday morning in Ripon, WI. You arrive on-site, open your CMMS dashboard, and scan the overnight data trends. A conveyor shows rising vibration—time to get ahead of it. You verify specs against manuals and schematics, grab precision instruments, and troubleshoot motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and drive components. By mid-morning, you’ve welded a bracket, brought a machine back to peak efficiency, and prepped a new unit for first run following established protocols. Before you leave Sunday afternoon, you’ve documented everything in the CMMS and recommended actions to cut future downtime.
