F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative - Industrial for its Albany, NY location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales in the assigned territory with existing accounts as well as new accounts.
- Identify barriers of opportunity
- Call on customers on a regular basis
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity
- Work with inside sales and other branch personnel to meet customer needs
- Complete required reporting such as scheduling, target accounts, call reports, expenses, etc.
- Work with principals to exceed sales goals
- Become a technical expert within the defined territory for principal products
- Assist service team when required
Qualifications:
- Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to complete goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent follow through
- Must be proficient at use of Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task, and participate in solving technically challenging situations.
- Must exhibit superior customer service
- Prior Industrial Experience preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
