What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and sell HoneyBaked Ham products and gift certificates to corporate and community customers to support holiday sales goals.
- Develop strong B2B relationships through outbound calls, networking, and on-site visits.
- Articulate the value of HoneyBaked Ham gifting solutions and recommend products that meet client needs.
- Perform administrative duties including order entry, processing, and recordkeeping using the HBH POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting corporate clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction before and after purchase.
- Drive fundraising activities and community partnerships.
- Support catering activities such as Black Friday events, holiday luncheons, and “lunch & learns.”
- Follow up with customers through thank-you calls, cards, and service checks to maintain long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the store team and General Manager to report customer issues and identify growth opportunities.
What We Think You’ll Need
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous direct selling, B2B, or customer service experience a plus.
- Comfort with Microsoft Outlook, basic Internet tools, and CRM or POS systems.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
