What You’ll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will help support daily manufacturing operations.
- Assist with production and manufacturing operations
- Support machine operators with materials and production tasks
- Pack products and prepare boxes for shipment
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report quality or production issues to supervisors
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety rules
- Perform other general production duties as assigned
Requirements
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts
- Able to work a 4 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
- Work extended periods during a 12-hour shift
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing environment with possible noise, dust, industrial odors, and varying temperatures. Required PPE must be worn and all safety procedures followed.
