Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, assisted living facilities and in home. The LVN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that all patient needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Perform routine patient assessments, including vital signs and health history documentation.
- Assist in procedures such as foley catheter changes, wound care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams using electronic health record systems to ensure accurate patient information is maintained.
- Provide patient education on health management and treatment plans.
- Support patients in assisted living environments with daily activities and personal care needs.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- New Grads or experienced.
- Reliable Transportation/willing to travel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with nursing duties, including lifting patients when necessary.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
