You will work at one of our Carl’s Jr. restaurants, rotating through different roles and learning how every part of the business works. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build real-world experience while earning a competitive hourly wage.
What You’ll Do:
Work the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchenTake orders and serve foodMaintain cleanliness and follow safety standardsHelp with food prep, stocking, and inventoryGreet customers and provide great serviceLearn how store operations and sales workSupport the team and take initiative where needed
