Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential homes, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We hire war refugees and have a Russian/ukrainian speaking team to add new team members to!
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential setting, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests during cleaning visits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and team work is crucial!
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
