St. Joseph - Hessen Cassell is seeking a positive, patient, and energetic individual to join our team as a Teacher's Aide for the 2026-2027 school year.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young children in an educational setting and a background in education. This individual will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing, faith-filled learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of our youngest learners.
Responsibilities include:

Providing instruction and completing curriculum activities

Assisting the lead teacher with daily classroom instruction and activities

Supporting students during transitions and classroom routines

Supervising students during recess and lunch

Helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

Modeling Christian values and supporting the mission of St. Bernard School
Qualified applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills, a love for working with young children, and a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
