Full-Time Physical Therapist – Private Orthopaedic Practice
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our private orthopaedic practice with two convenient locations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for orthopaedic patients
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in IL
- Experience in orthopaedics preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between both locations
