Flipn' Fries Factory is a new specialty fry restaurant concept located in the heart of Wesley Chapel at Krate Park, one of the largest container park developments in the world. We are a fun, hip, counter-serve restaurant serving loaded fries with sauce and plenty of tasty toppings. Our purpose is to create a fun environment to connect our local community to each other and foster great collaborations all through the love of fries.
Kitchen Crew Responsibilities:
As a Crew member, you will be afforded the opportunity to learn many different positions within the restaurant. Some of those positions may include:
- Loading - Fry Assembly Line Positions
- Takeout/Cashier Position
- Kitchen Position
- Food Prep
Qualifications
-
Proven working experience in food service industry a plus, but not required.
- Friendly with great customer service skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
There are additional responsibilities associated with the opening and closing of the restaurant that a Crew member will be responsible for completely dependent upon work shift.
Additional responsibilities of a crew member may include:
- Exposure to noise, heat, cold and other elements
- Cleaning duties (including washing dishes, trash take out, window cleaning, etc)
- Taking and fulfiling customer orders
- Bending, kneeling, lifting (up to approximately 50 pounds as necessary)
- Be active and standing for long periods without a break
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands:
The position’s physical demands require work in a restaurant/kitchen environment with
moderate to loud noise levels, varying temperature conditions and possible direct
exposure to hazardous substances, such as hot oil. While performing the duties of the
job, the employee is regularly required to react quickly to deadlines,
sometimes with little notice. The employee is often required to stand for long periods;
walk, bend, kneel, and reach with hands boxes or food containers typically weighing 50
pounds or less, without restrictions. May be required to use a stepladder. Finger dexterity
is required for use of the cash register. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust
focus.
