Overview
Join our dynamic team as a BCBA-Hybrid NC, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. This hybrid position combines in-clinic and home-based therapy, offering a flexible and engaging work environment. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise clinical staff to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Your expertise will help empower children to reach their full potential through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of each child's unique needs.
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote understanding of treatment goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Valid BCBA certification with experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.
- Proven experience in behavioral health, behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral psychological assessments.
- Strong background in data collection, functional assessment, and implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Experience working with children in various settings such as home-based therapy, schools, or clinics; familiarity with school experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance for patient care.
- Excellent client communication skills coupled with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment combining clinic-based supervision with home visits; experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders is highly valued.
- Must be licensed in NC
- Must provide supervision/ telehealth services 50% in person per NC clinical coverage policy

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
