Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Mechanical experience preferred.
Skills and Key Attributes: Strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to learn and perform basic troubleshooting and gearbox analysis, and possess basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

As a Service Technician, you'll receive and evaluate returned products, troubleshoot failures, and disassemble units to determine root causes. This role is responsible for accurately processing returned products, verifying paperwork, and completing detailed repair and rebuild documentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality while supporting continuous improvement efforts and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
